How to receive nafora (the bread) from the priests after church.
Firstly it is not communion, thus it is not restricted to Orthodox Christians, anyone may receive it…it’s bread!
But where issue arises is when some take rather than receive the bread. Do not grab it from the priest’s hand, but rather cup your hands right over left and let the priests place the nafora in your hands.
