The Serbian Sisters Ravanica are working together with The Orthodox Detroit Outreach in collecting winter clothing. We are excepting any new or “gently used” clothing such as hats, coats, gloves etc. There will be a large box in the Narthex of our Church and in front of the Sunday School Office. These clothes will be distributed to the homeless, so please support those in need this cold and bitter season.
We are in the process of scheduling a lunch to honor our longtime hall manager, Mike Falzon. The date has yet to be determined, but will likely be in early 2012. Donna Medich has graciously offered to chair our event committee. If you are interested in helping plan and execute this event, please contact Donna or let us know at churchboard@ravanica.org.
